Ok as always this part that I will be demonstrating will be based on the idea that it will be used for the main_bg file you can copy it for the rest of your bebo skin if you want.
1. Open Photoshop and click File, New.
2. Set the Width 760 and Height 375 this is the standard for the main_bg file ignore the height being 40 below.
3. Click onto Filter at the top, then Texture and select Grain.
4. A new box will appear just like below showing black lines down the box drag the Intensity across to 100 and the one below 100 aswell and set the drop down box below that to Vertical and click on Ok.
5. Now click Filter, Artistic, Neon Glow and then a new box will appear. Set the first slider to 4 and then second slider to 25 and click on the colour box at the bottom right of the box thats just popped up and change it to whatever shade of green you like and click ok.
6. You should now see your basic matrix effect like the one below, you can add text across the middle or put pictures on top. Now all you need to do is click File, Save for Web check that the size is below 40kb and save as main_bg then create the other parts of the skin.
